"In companies that pay attention to the mental health of their employees, employees are more loyal, motivated, productive and innovative. A healthy psyche not only promotes productivity, but is also an indispensable prerequisite for surviving in modern working life and developing personally and professionally."
Let's tackle it together now!
As a person concerned, as a colleague, as a leader,
as a member of the management ...
Each of us is responsible for taking care of ourselves and our environment.
Each of us is asked to cultivate "mental health" in the company
and also in our private environment by approaching
the topic openly,
trustingly and with open arms and eyes.
Beyond well-intentioned empty phrases!
The good News:

We can do something against mental stress & for mental health!
But NOT according to the "one size fits all approach"!
We are individuals with different experiences, needs, fears, etc. We are not all the same.
That is why my coaching sessions are individual!
Make the topic of mental health an integral part of your corporate culture and have your employees trained as "mental health specialists".
Do you need someone who can kick things off in an impressive and "memorable" way and also tell your company about the 4 keys to successful and effective stress management in an interactive way? Then simply book one of my keynote speeches.

The mental health of your employees
Did you know that ...

In companies that pay attention to the mental health of their employees, employees are more loyal, motivated, productive and innovative. A healthy psyche not only promotes productivity, but is also an indispensable prerequisite for being able to survive in modern working life and to develop personally and professionally.
People who are healthy have better chances on the labour market and are accordingly more likely to be employed. Fewer absences and decreasing fluctuation are measurable consequences of this, which ultimately have a positive impact on the costs for the company.
Gainful employment not only serves to secure one's livelihood, but ideally also promotes psychosocial health. It gives the employee a structure, a task and an identity and leads to social recognition and contact with other people.
Nevertheless, work can also be stressful and, in the worst case, make people ill.
I recommend the following to employers and managers:
-
Do not close your eyes! Take the psychological stress of your employees seriously and become active. A first important step is to name problems openly, talk about them and look for solutions.
-
Promote an open company culture! Create a climate in your company in which it is possible to talk about mental stress - without fear of discrimination or losing one's job. The basis for this is trust, tolerance and fairness.
-
Cultivate a health-promoting management style! Safety, appreciation, an adequate workload, motivation instead of pressure, and individual freedom of action are crucial to feeling good at work.
