Coaching

If you or one of your employees is suffering from an acute or chronic conflict or symptom, one-to-one coaching with me as an experienced personal mental coach can help. Especially if a healthy life and its success are severely restricted or made impossible, you or your employees should do something for your mental health.

 

 


Individual solution approach


In my years of experience I have developed my own method with which you or your employees can quickly and sustainably find a solution. After a one-day session, you or your employees will unmask your true inner "killers" and regain clarity, joy and the ability to act.

 


Mental health coaching is suitable for these problems:

 

  •  "Acute conflict or symptom": something that has been burdening or hindering us for a manageable period of time, whether professionally or privately. For example, psychosomatic pain such as migraine, sleep disorders, anxiety disorders, panic attacks, negative thoughts, concentration problems (ADHD) or an acute conflict with a superior.

​

 

  •     "Chronic conflict or symptom": something that we have always felt weighs on us and limits us. For example, fear of failure, fear of existence, speaking in front of others, social phobia, etc.


I work with methods that are used in trauma therapy as well as in success coaching and are scientifically based.

 


Procedure and contents

 

  • With the exercises you become aware of thoughts and physical reactions.

 

  • The personal session lasts from two hours to a day.

 

  • Where it takes place is decided individually. One to two weeks after the session, there is another session to readjust and answer questions. This usually lasts one to two hours. An online session is also possible.

 

  • With the help of individual coaching, your employees get to the bottom of a psychological or psychosomatic problem or conflict instead of just fighting the symptoms.

 

  • Coaching is suitable for employees who want to move forward in a solution-oriented and goal-oriented way and who want to promote their mental health.

Training

 

A company cannot have enough trained mental health workers.

Stress, hecticness and restlessness are among the most common causes of illness in today's world. Often we do not recognise the first symptoms and do not change our behaviour. Due to this insidious process, the psychological and physical consequences are usually enormous. How can we recognise warning signs, what options are there for action or how can we act preventively so that we do not get into this spiral?

 


This training deals with these and other questions. You will gain an insight into the different stress models, the factors that cause it and various clinical pictures. Furthermore, this training enables you to advise and care for people. You will receive practical tools such as various relaxation techniques and resilience offers that you can use in your work.
